1. Who is responsible

This policy applies to In a flash! / З льоту!, an iPhone and iPad app, and its informational website. Developer: Yuriy Motsnyy. Privacy contact: [email protected].

The current game requires no account, includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs and does not send your game profile to a developer-operated server.

2. Information on your device

The app stores your chosen player name, character, language, sound and vibration settings, and a randomly generated player identifier. This identifier helps recognise a player within a room; it is not an advertising identifier.

Local question history includes question identifiers, exposure counts, player, room and round identifiers, and recording times. It may include the histories of other participants in your rooms. This helps the game repeat previously seen questions less often.

Access to premium characters is determined from verified Apple StoreKit transactions. The app does not receive your payment card number.

3. Nearby play and information sharing

The app uses Apple Multipeer Connectivity and Local Network permission to discover rooms. A room name containing the host’s chosen player name and the game version may be visible to nearby devices looking for rooms.

Room participants exchange names, identifiers, selected characters, readiness, answers, scores, game events and question exposure counts. The host coordinates the match and sends its state to participants. The game session requires encrypted connections.

This information travels between room devices rather than a developer-operated server. Choose a name you are comfortable sharing with people nearby and join rooms with people you trust. The app does not request access to contacts, camera, photos, microphone or location.

4. Purchases and Apple services

Premium characters are optional, one-time in-app purchases through the App Store. Apple handles payments, purchase entitlements and restoration under its own terms and privacy policy. These operations require internet access.

Purchases are associated with the relevant Apple account. Deleting the app does not remove Apple’s transaction records or cancel a completed purchase. The current version has no subscriptions.

5. Website and support enquiries

The website uses no advertising or behavioural analytics. Fonts and images are hosted with the website and delivered through the hosting and CDN infrastructure. Your language preference and dismissal of the language suggestion may be stored in your browser’s localStorage.

The website is hosted on DigitalOcean App Platform (DigitalOcean, LLC), with Cloudflare CDN and bot protection. To deliver pages, protect against bots and maintain availability, these providers process technical request information, including IP address, request time and browser information. Cloudflare infrastructure may set necessary security cookies, including __cf_bm, which Cloudflare documents as expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity. These are not advertising cookies. Technical log retention depends on provider settings and terms.

The support form only prepares a message in your email application. It does not submit your message to a developer server. If you send an email, we receive your email address and message contents to respond and provide support. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Retention and deletion

Settings and question history remain on the device until removed by the operating system or until you delete the app and its data. Offloading an app may retain its data. App data may be included in device backups according to your Apple settings; backups must be managed separately.

Leaving a room ends the current connection. It does not delete local history stored on other participants’ devices. Website browser storage can be cleared using your browser’s site settings.

Support messages are retained only while needed to handle your enquiry, related correspondence or applicable obligations. You can request deletion of correspondence using the privacy contact. Apple and hosting providers set their own retention periods.

7. Your choices and requests

You can change your name, character, language, sound and vibration preferences in the app. You can revoke Local Network permission in iOS Settings; room discovery and nearby multiplayer may then stop working.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict processing or exercise other rights. Send requests to the privacy contact. We may request minimal information to verify a request; we cannot remotely access local data on your device.

8. Children and family play

The game is designed for friendly and family play. It requires no registration, includes no public chat and does not ask a child to provide an email address. Refer to the App Store age rating and Apple parental controls to manage purchases.

If you believe a child has sent us unnecessary personal information in support correspondence, contact us so we can review a deletion request.

9. Updates and contact

We will update this page if game features or information handling change. The update date appears above. Questions about this policy: [email protected].
